We currently delivering to metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, South Australia and Perth as listed below, all other postcodes are listed below. We will be shipping as many of our products as possible, however we are unable to shipping items that require chilled transportation outside of Melbourne Metro and Sydney Metro. Use our postcode finder at Checkout to confirm if we can deliver to your suburb.

Cost of Delivery
Delivery will be free for orders over $70. All postcodes listed below will receive a small delivery fee on the cartons ordered.

‘Free’ Minimum Order Quantity
Our minimum order quantity is $70 value of product. Deliveries are made in full case quantities and not individual bottles/pots. The units per case are specified on the product specific sections of the online store.
Delivery Time
Dispatch of goods will take place one-two days after your order has been placed.
We are unable to confirm or commit to a specific day or time of delivery. Subject to you providing a valid e-mail address when placing your order, you will receive an e-mail notification when your order is routed for delivery to advise you in advance the date that your delivery will be completed. You will also receive an additional e-mail notification after your delivery has been completed.
Many of our products are perishable and require them to be kept in cool/chilled environments.
Unattended Deliveries
If you are not at home to accept your order, then your order will be left at your front door. In this case your delivery will be deemed to have been completed. It is very important that the delivery address you provide when placing your order is clear and accurate. Please also provide any necessary additional delivery instructions in the Cart to ensure that delivery runs smoothly. If your delivery has been made to the correct address, we will not be able to accept responsibility for any lost or stolen products.
Out of Stocks
Our products may be unavailable from time to time in which case you may be unable to order the product temporarily. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after you place your order and is likely to cause a delay to your delivery, then we will contact you to discuss a reasonable solution.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been confirmed at Check-out.
Product Returns
We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged when you receive it or does not match exactly what you ordered. In this case please call us on 03 9338 4969 or email us at info@naturalfreshjuices.com where a refund or delivery may be provided.
